Research
Project I: LEO satellie localization
From 2021-now, we are working on localization of miniature RF trackers using low earth orbit (LEO) satellites.
Project II: Tera-Hertz (THz) circuits and systems
From 2018 to 2021, we collaborated with Professor Wenhua Chen, Dr. Xiaofan Chen, Xingcun Li, Long Chen, and Shuyang Li on designing THz oscillator, power amplifier, antenna, and non-reciprocal components using the SiGe BiCMOS process.
